Fish packages with lemon-pointed cabbage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillet, breakfast bacon (about 50 g), olive oil, mashed potatoes à la minute (box `3 bags), sliced cabbage (300 g), lemon and salt.
Cut fish into 6 equal pieces.
To wrap each piece of fish bacon.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and cook over medium heat around brown.
Cook on low heat in 8 to 10 minutes.
Prepare mashed potatoes according to instructions.
Heat up in wok rest of oil and sauté cabbage for approx.
Clean the lemon thoroughly and grate off half of the peel.
Squeeze out the lemon.
Mix lemon zest, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon of salt through cabbage.
Mash mashed potatoes and cabbage on two plates.
Place 3 fish packages on each plate..
