Spaghetti with balls in tomato-cinnamon sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, multigrain spaghetti (pack 500 g), olive oil, Dutch beef meatballs (about 360 g), onion (chopped), winter carrot ((bag 1 kilo), diced), ground cinnamon (jar 37 g), sifted tomatoes (passata di pomodoro, 500 g), mint ((container 15 g) and in strips).

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs around brown in 3-4 min. Place them on a plate with a slotted spoon.

Fry the onion 1 min. In the shortening of the meatballs. Add the carrot and cook for 4 minutes. Scoop the cinnamon and put the meatballs back in the pan. Pour the passata into the pan and heat for another 5 minutes. Add the fresh mint and pepper and salt to taste.

Drain the spaghetti and add to the balls in tomato cinnamon sauce. Divide the spaghetti over 4 deep plates and serve.
