Pasta con pesto e patate
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (solid, peeled), spaghetti (pack 500 g), green beans (broken (250 g)), pine nuts (65 g), pesto alla genovese (duo pack 2 x 90 g), extra virgin olive oil and Parmesan cheese (piece).

Cut the potatoes into cubes of about 1/2 cm (brunoise). Cook 5 minutes in water with salt.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Add the green beans for the last 5 minutes. Meanwhile, roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without oil or butter in approx. 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Pour the pasta with green beans. Add the potato, pesto and oil. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and scrape the cheese over it.
