Red cabbage dish with onions minced meat
Red cabbage, vegetarian minced meat and mashed potatoes from the oven with an Italian twist.

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into quarters and boil them in the water for 20 minutes until done.

Cut the onion into pieces. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion 3 min. Stir in the minced meat, herbs and season with salt and pepper.

Put the minced meat mixture in the baking dish. Divide the red cabbage.

Mash the potatoes with the puree mash and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the puree over the red cabbage.

Divide the pieces of butter over the mashed potatoes. Put the oven dish in the oven for about 30 minutes until the puree is golden brown.
