Wok dish of eggplant and pork
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Chinese noodles (250 g), onion, aubergines, (sunflower) oil, nasi / bamivlees (300 g), wok sauce oyster and garlic (bottle of 200 ml) and spring onions.

Prepare Mie according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean and slice aubergines.

Cut slices into strips.

Heat in wok oil.

Onion 1 min.

Fruit.

Add fried rice / brown meat and brown bread in 3 minutes.

Add aubergine strips and bake for 4 minutes.

Add sausage sauce and simmer for a minimum of 10 minutes.

If necessary, add some water if it becomes too dry.

Clean the forest onion and cut into rings.

Bake the spring onion through the wok dish.
