Crispy surimi burgers with vinaigrette salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, surimisticks (fish, a 150 g), cornflakes, eggs, butter, lettuce, radish, brown balls and vinaigrette de dijon (malted (bottle a 500 ml)).

Mix surimi, cornflakes and eggs in food processor and season with salt and pepper.

Forming a mixture of four citizens.

Heat butter in frying pan and cook surimi burgers on medium heat for 10 minutes until tender and golden brown.

Clean and tear into pieces.

Clean radish and cut into slices.
