A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: brown rice, tofu naturel (diced), red pepper (in strips), garlic (chopped), sunflower oil, onion (chopped), green beans (cleaned), semi-skimmed milk, peanut butter, ground cumin (djinten ), sweet soy sauce and fresh mint (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Uncoated brown rice in an open pan for about 20 minutes, then let it simmer for 5 minutes in a closed pan.
  2. Mix together the tofu, pepper, garlic and 3 tbsp oil and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat residual oil in frying pan.
  4. Onion 1 min.
  5. Fruit.
  6. Add green beans and fry.
  7. After 3 minutes, add 200 ml of water with 1/2 tl of salt.
  8. Bring beans to the boil, boil for 8 minutes and drain.
  9. In a frying pan tofu with marinade in 10 min.
  10. Crispy baking.
  11. Heat milk with peanut butter in saucepan, stir into saté sauce and season with salt, pepper, cumin and sweet soy sauce.
  12. Spread rice with green beans and satay sauce over four plates.
  13. Tofu on sauce.
  14. Sprinkle the dish with mint..
