Tostada's with baked beans and chorizo
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, chorizo (piece), red kidney beans (400 g), salt, (freshly ground) pepper, avocado, tomatoes, oil, flour tortillas (pack of 8), oak leaf lettuce with rocket (100 g), Greek yogurt and grated mature cheese (bag of 150 g).

Peel and chop onions.

Cut chorizo into small cubes.

Grate chorizo in a frying pan in approx.

4 minutes and put on a plate.

Bake in shortening for about 2 minutes.

Add red beans with half the amount of liquid from the can and heat them in the heating.

Mix mashed beans to puree.

Season with salt and pepper and simmer for approx.

4 minutes.

Peel avocado, remove the kernel and cut the flesh into cubes.

Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.
