Lamb steak with herb sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, extra virgin olive oil, flat parsley (20 g), mint ((15 g), only the leaves), garlic, capers (jar 100 g), lamb steak (a 2 pieces) and olive oil.

Pour the extra virgin olive oil into the food processor and add the parsley, fresh mint and garlic. Puree in approx. 20 sec. to a smooth, green sauce. Add the capers and season with salt and pepper.

Brush the meat with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Heat a frying pan and cook the meat in approx. 9 minutes until done. Turn halfway. Remove the meat from the pan and rest for 5 minutes on a plate under a lid or aluminum foil. Cut the steak into slices and serve with the herb sauce.
