Quorn vegetable quiche
Vegetarian pie with puff pastry, asparagus broccoli and Dutch wok vegetables, meat substitutes and cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Line the quiche mold with the puff pastry. Leave the slices and press the edges well.

Cook the asparagus broccoli for 2 minutes. Drain and drain in a colander.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the Quorn pieces for 3 minutes. Remove from the pan.

Stir fry the vegetable for 4 minutes in the remaining oil.

Divide the asparagus broccoli, Quorn pieces and wok vegetables over the dough base.

Beat the eggs with the whipped cream, cheese, herbs and pepper and salt. Pour over the vegetables.

Fry the quiche in the oven for about 40 minutes until golden brown and done.
