Fried lamb with green olives
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, rosemary, white wine, olive oil, leg of lamb (a 150 g), pepper from pepper mill with chili peppers, green olives and liquid meat broth (jar of a 210 ml).

Garlic peel and finely chop. Releasing rosemary from twigs. Combine garlic, rosemary, white wine and 1 dl oil in a bowl. Spread lamb leg slices generously with chilli and marinate for 30 minutes. Occasionally return.

Heat oil in the pan. Dam the lamb's leg slices with kitchen paper and bake until golden brown in 6 minutes. Halfway through. Add Marinadevocht, olives and meat gravy to leg of lamb and simmer for 4 minutes on high heat. Put lamb leg slices in sauce.
