Pasta and mince with mustard-tarragon sauce

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs for 10 min. On medium heat around brown.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pan according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Add the broccoli for the last 4 minutes and the garden peas for the last minute.
  4. Drain the pasta and vegetables and pick up a cup of the cooking liquid.
  5. Put everything back in the pan and stir in the mustard, cream and tarragon. Add some cooking liquid if necessary.
  6. Spoon the pasta into a deep dish and spread the meatballs over it.
