Pasta and mince with mustard-tarragon sauce

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs for 10 min. On medium heat around brown.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pan according to the instructions on the packaging.

Add the broccoli for the last 4 minutes and the garden peas for the last minute.

Drain the pasta and vegetables and pick up a cup of the cooking liquid.

Put everything back in the pan and stir in the mustard, cream and tarragon. Add some cooking liquid if necessary.

Spoon the pasta into a deep dish and spread the meatballs over it.
