Squeeze the lemon and grate it. Thaw the shrimps under cold running water and let them drain on kitchen paper.

Halve the red pepper, remove the seeds and finely chop the pepper. Squeeze the garlic over a dish.

Stir in the red pepper, paprika, tomato paste, thyme, lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and olive oil.

Spoon the shrimps through the marinade and let them marinate for thirty minutes.
