Pasta salad with shrimps and avocado
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, penne (pasta), eggs, spring onions, lemon, avocados, tomatoes, (olive) oil, sugar and Dutch shrimps (100 g).

Boil, drain, rinse with cold water and drain.

Eggs in 7 minutes hard cooking.

Wash the spring onion and cut into rings.

Cut lemon half in slices, squeeze out another half.

Clean avocados and cut into cubes.

Cut tomatoes into wedges.

Stir in oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper dressing.

Peel eggs and cut into segments.
-
Mix the penne with dressing, avocado, to, prawns and most of the onions.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serving salad in dish.

Decorate with wedges of egg, slices of lemon and rest of spring onions..
