Stuffed peppers with rice
Rice with peppers, onion, minced beef, tomatoes, oregano and baguette.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the caps of the peppers and remove the seeds. Put them in the baking dish.

Chop the onion. Cut the tomato into pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add the minced meat and fry in 3 minutes. Add the tomato and cook for another 3 minutes.

Mix in the rice, oregano, pepper and salt.

Fill the peppers with the minced meat mixture. Place the cap on the peppers. Fry the peppers in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes until done.

Serve with the baguette.
