Additional requirements: blender or food processor, barbecue tongs.

Finely chop the garlic.

Mix parsley, oregano, thyme, garlic, some salt and freshly ground black pepper, mustard, wine vinegar and olive oil in the blender into a marinade.

Pour into a low bowl and roll in the entrecotes.

Let the meat marinate for at least half an hour and get to room temperature.

Roast the entrecotes on a hot barbecue in six to eight minutes nicely brown and still rosé inside.

Turn them regularly with the help of a barbecue pliers.

Let the prime ribs of the barbecue rest under aluminum foil and cut into slices.
