Pizza bianca with raw parma ham and roasted yellow pepper
Homemade pizza with tomato, roasted yellow pepper, parma ham and parsley.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Cut the onions into thin rings. Drain the peppers and cut into strips.

Place the pizza bases on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Spread the bottoms with the crème fraîche and top with the red onion and pepper strips.

Bake the pizzas for about 15 minutes in the oven. Change halfway between the plates.

Meanwhile, make the salad. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and finely chop the parsley.

Let the olives drain and mix with the tomatoes, ⅔ of the parsley, oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with pepper and salt.

Take the pizzas out of the oven, spread the parma ham over it and sprinkle with the rest of the parsley. Serve the salad.
