Noodle salad with mango and shrimps


Salad from mihoen, shrimps, mango, paprika, cucumber and coriander.

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package al dente. Put in a colander and rinse cold under running water. Drain.
  2. Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seed lists with a teaspoon. Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
  3. Halve the peppers in the length, remove the stalk and seeds and cut the peppers into thin strips.
  4. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into slices of the kernel. Cut the slices into strips.
  5. Mix the chili sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce and rice oil in a large bowl into a dressing. Put the noodles, cucumber, peppers and mango through them.
  6. Slice the coriander and sprinkle with the shrimps over the salad.
