Sprouts-leek stew with meatballs
Tonight you make meatballs of minced meat, mustard and egg. In addition, stew of sprouts, leeks and cottage cheese.

Mix the mince with the egg, the mustard and half of the leeks. Turn 2 balls with moist hands. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in 3 min. On high heat around brown.

Turn down the heat and fry the meatballs for 20 minutes. Times regularly.

Meanwhile, put the potatoes in a large pan of water. Cook them in 15 minutes until done.

Add the sprouts after 8 minutes. Add the leeks the last minute.

Drain the potatoes, sprouts and leeks and collect a ½ cup of cooking liquid.

Add the cottage cheese and the absorbed cooking liquid and puree with the puree mash.

Season with pepper and salt. Divide the stew and meatballs over the plates.
