Tagliatelle with aubergine quorn sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tagliatelle bicolore (pasta 375 g), aubergine, garlic, olive oil, quorn finely chopped (175 g), sugo traditional (tomato sauce 470 g), capers (pot) and unsalted mixed nuts (box a 175 g ).

Cook pasta according to instructions.

Clean aubergine and cut into cubes.

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Heat oil in frying pan and gently bake garlic.

Add eggplant and quorn and roast for approx.

4 minutes.

Add tomato sauce and heat gently for approx.

10 minutes.
-
Add capers and nuts and heat for approx.
-
1 minute.
-
Divide the tagliatelle over four plates, creating pasta sauce.

Delicious with salad of lettuce with vinaigrette..
