Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken fillet over a high heat for 3 minutes.

Add the vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Add the spice mix and the water to the chicken and vegetables according to the instructions on the package.

Bring to the boil and then add the noodles.

Heat on low heat until all the moisture is absorbed by the noodles.

Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan golden brown, sprinkle the dish and serve.
