Bean soup
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Provençal stir-fry mix, tomato-vegetable juice, white beans (330 g), cooked chicken pieces (a 200 g), fresh pesto and olive oil.

Fry the stir fry mix for 3 minutes in the oil.

Pour the tomato-vegetable juice and bring it to the boil.

Stir in the beans and chicken pieces and let the soup simmer for 3 minutes.

Season the soup with (freshly ground) pepper and spread over four bowls.

Spoon a large spoon of pesto in each bowl..
