Grilled hare chop with cranberry salsa
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red onion, mango, red pepper, hare chops, baby potatoes (700 g), bean mixture (a 250 g), cranberry compote (a 350 g) and lemon juice.

Preheat the grill.

Peel and chop onions.

Mango peel, cut flesh of kernel and cut into small cubes.

Clean pepper, remove seeds and finely chop.

Pour chops with salt and pepper and grill for 10 to 15 minutes (or 20 minutes on a barbecue).
