Cut the onions into half rings and the bell pepper into strips. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the onions and peppers 3 min. Spoon the chicken breast cubes with marinade and stir fry for 3 min.

Add the coals and the coconut milk, cover the wok and roast the dish over low heat for 10 minutes or until the coals are al dente.

Serve the stir-fried cabbages with the rice.
