Directions

  1. Cut the onions into half rings and the bell pepper into strips. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the onions and peppers 3 min. Spoon the chicken breast cubes with marinade and stir fry for 3 min.
  3. Add the coals and the coconut milk, cover the wok and roast the dish over low heat for 10 minutes or until the coals are al dente.
  4. Serve the stir-fried cabbages with the rice.
