Mexican tartletje with rice and bean salad
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, stir-fry rice, Mexicomelange (140 g), Thousand Island dressing (100 g), (olive) oil, beef tartare, seasoning mix (pot), lamb's lettuce and jalapeño pepper sauce.

Rice with 1 dl water in bowl.

Roast the rice at full power for approx.

2 minutes.

Then leave it covered for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, let Mexico drain corn and mix with dressing.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Sprinkle the tartar with seasoning mix and bake for approx.

3 minutes, halfway through.

Keep the tartarella warm under aluminum foil.

A few minutes of stir-frying takes place in oil left behind.

Spread lamb's lettuce with bean salad on a plate, add rice and place tartlet on it.
