Garlic potatoes with oven chicken
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken drumsticks (approx. 575 g), chili sauce (bottle 250 ml), tomatoes on the vine (in slices), onion (in rings), cucumber (in strips), olive oil, potatoes (700 g, chilled ) and garlic (pressed).

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the chicken in the oven dish and spread the chili sauce over it. Bake in the hot oven for approx. 40-45 minutes. Turn halfway.

Meanwhile, divide the tomatoes, onion and cucumber over a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with 2 tbsp oil.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in brown for about 10 minutes. Spoon the garlic through the potatoes and cook for another 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the potatoes over 4 plates. Put the chicken and serve with the salad.
