Wienerschnitzel
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, old white bread (without crust), uncolored veal schnitzels (at room temperature), eggs (beaten), oil, butter, lemon, cherry tomatoes and rocket (salad finger).

Grind the bread into a fine crumb with a food processor.

Place each schnitzel between two sheets of plastic wrap and roll them out as flat as possible with a rolling pin or an empty bottle.

Sprinkle the schnitzels with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Put the beaten eggs in a deep plate and the bread crumbs in another plate.

Roll each schnitzel through the beaten eggs and then through the bread crumbs.

Heat the oil and the butter in a frying pan and fry the schnitzels on a high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and done.

Keep the fried cutlets warm under aluminum foil until they are all fried.

Serve the schnitzels with a quarter of lemon, four cherry tints and a few leaves of rocket.
