Directions

  1. Heat some butter in a frying pan, add the hache meat and fry it brown. Add some bay leaves and cloves and gently simmer the meat in a closed pan for 120 minutes.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a pan and cook the stew vegetables for approx. 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the preparation on the packaging.
  4. Prepare the gravy according to the preparation on the package.
  5. Add the hache meat, stew vegetables and mashed potatoes together, and mix.
