Sauerkraut on his spanish
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Catalan (sausages (6 p.)), Risotto rice (bag 500 g), olive oil, onions (chopped), red pepper (chopped), sauerkraut (natural (500 g)), giant beans ( (425 ml), drained) and butter.

Put the sausages in a pan under water and bring the water to the boil. Once the water has boiled, scoop the sausages out of the pan with the skimmer and place them on a plate. Prepare the risotto with the cooking water from the sausage according to the instructions on the package.

Dab the sausages dry with kitchen paper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 6 min. Brown. Add the onion and the pepper and cook for another 3 minutes. Put the sauerkraut with water and the giant beans on top, cover and cook for another 15 minutes.

Divide the sausages over 4 plates. Spoon the sauerkraut and beans, season with salt and pepper and shovel with the sausage. Add the butter to the risotto and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with sauerkraut and sausages.
