Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min on medium heat.

Add the rice, the bouillon tablet and the water and bring to the boil.

Put the lid on the pan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Stir frequently.

Meanwhile cut the sausages into slices. Remove the foil from the surimi and cut into pieces of 1 cm.

Halve the tomatoes and drain the green beans. Add the sausages, surimi, tomatoes and broad beans and heat for 1 more minute.
