Baked corn tortillas with cheese
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, onion (chopped), garlic (chopped), sifted tomatoes (500 g), jalapeño pepper ((pot a 225 g), coarsely chopped), fresh coriander (a 15 g), corn tortillas , sour cream, cheddar ((cheese) and grated).
Heat oil in frying pan.
Onion for 3 minutes gently.
Rub in garlic and fry for 1 more minute.
Stir in sieved tomatoes and jalapeño pepper.
Sauce uncovered for 10 minutes.
Season with salt.
Preheat the grill.
Cut coriander over sauce.
Cook the tortillas one by one in a dry frying pan and coat with a sauce.
Tortilla's in four folds and lay roof tiles in a baking dish.
Sour sour cream over it, sprinkle with cheese.
Place 15 cm under the hot grill and toast enchiladas for 3-4 minutes, until cheese is melted..
