Fusilli with artichokes and peppers
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: fusilli (pasta, bag of 500 g), artichoke hearts (a 400 g), sweet pointed peppers (2 pieces), olive oil, cooking cream (light (250 ml)) and fresh chives (25 g).

Prepare fusilli according to directions on packaging.

Let artichoke hearts drain and cut into quarters.

Clean peppers and cut into rings.

Heat oil in pan and fry paprika for 3 minutes.

Add artichokes and fry for 1 min.

Add cream and bring to the boil.

Prepare Fusilli and season with salt and generous pepper.

Spread pasta over 4 deep plates and cut the chives above..
