                                Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Chop the peanuts coarsely.

                                Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion 3 min. Add the garlic and cook 2 min.
 - 
                                Bring the milk with the water to a boil in a large pan. Stir in the sachets of pure powder.
 - 
                                Leave on low heat and spoon in the onion, garlic and spinach. Heat for 5 minutes on low heat.
 - 
                                Put the peanuts through. Season with salt and pepper. Put the stew on plates.
