Chipolata olive skewers
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, chipolata sausages (each in 4 pieces), olives (eg green garlic olives, jar 280 g), lemon (in 4 parts) and aioli (jar 350 ml).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Thread the pieces of sausage in the width and around with the olives to 4 skewers.

Put them in a baking dish or refractory pan and bake the skewers for about 15 minutes in the oven.

Turn halfway.
-
Serve with a lemon wedge and the aioli.

Tasty with pasta and grilled zucchini..
