Potatoes and peas in yogurt sauce
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: ghee ((tip) or oil), fresh ginger root (finely chopped), red pepper (finely chopped), ground cumin (djinten), potatoes (diced), turmeric, coarse mustard, garden peas (frozen ), flour and yogurt.

Heat ghee in frying pan and ginger, red pepper and cumin for 1 min.

Stir in the potatoes, turmeric and mustard, pour 300 ml of water into the pan and cover with the dish for 20 minutes.

Add frozen garden peas after 15 minutes.

Flour flour with 2 tbsp water until smooth paste and mix with yoghurt.

Mix the yoghurt with potatoes and heat for 1 more minute.

Season with salt.

Tasty with cauliflower fritters and mango on acid..
