Chicken fillet in soy marinade
A tasty asian recipe. The lactose-free main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, garlic, chicken breast and traditional olive oil.

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with the lemon juice and press the garlic above it. Grate the ginger and mix through.

Roll the chicken fillets through the marinade and let the flavors withdraw for at least 15 minutes.

Let the chicken fillets drain into a sieve, but catch the marinade.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breasts around brown.

Pour over the marinade and let the chicken fillets be cooked over low heat in about 10 minutes, turning regularly.

Remove the chicken fillets from the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
