Stuffed orange chicken
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, free-range chicken ((1.4 kg) at room temperature), press oranges (scrubbed), thyme ((15 g) only the leaves), olive oil, shallots (chopped), celery (diced), garlic ( pressed), oyster mushrooms ((150 g) in pieces), white bread (without crust) and chicken (daalilet (320 g organic)).

Ingredients
- 1 Scale chicken thigh fillet (320 g organic)
- 3 oranges cleaned up
- 1 tray thyme (15 g) only the leaves
- 5 el olive oil
- 2 shallots shredded
- 2 stems celery in cubes
- 1 toe garlic pressed
- 1 tray oyster mushrooms (150 g) in pieces
- 2 slices White bread without crust
- 1 Scale chicken thigh fillet (320 g organic)

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Grate the orange peel of 2 oranges. Mix half of the grater with half of the thyme. Divide the mixture between the skin and the meat of the chicken.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the shallot, celery and garlic 5 min. Add the rest of the thyme, the mushrooms, pepper and salt and cook for 5 min.

Grind the bread, the fillet, mushrooms, the rest of the grater and salt and pepper in the food processor. Fill the cavity of the chicken with it. Brush the chicken with the rest of the oil. Place the breast down in the roasting pan. Cut the third orange into pieces and lay next to it. Bake for about 70 minutes in the oven. Turn after 1 hour. Baste every 20 minutes with cooking fat. Allow 15 minutes to rest from the oven under aluminum foil.
