Penne with tuna and cauliflower


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cauliflower (in small florets), penne (pasta, bag 500 g), smoked bacon cubes (duopak 250 g), garlic (finely chopped), chestnut mushrooms ((250 g), in four), tomato cubes (400 g), tuna (moot in water (a 195 g) and drained).

Directions

  1. Bring plenty of water to the boil and boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes. Scoop with a slotted spoon in a bowl. Boil the penne in the cooking water according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small casserole without oil or butter, gently bake the bacon cubes in approx. 10 min. Add the garlic and mushrooms and stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Add the cauliflower and the tuna and warm through. Season with pepper. Mix in the penne and put in 4 deep plates.
