Peel the potatoes, halve them and cook them in plenty of water with salt in about 20 minutes until done.

In the meantime, heat a pan without oil or butter and bake the bacon strips over medium heat in 6 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the spinach coarsely and fry briefly in parts with the bacon.

Drain the potatoes and collect some cooking liquid. Turn off the heat.

Add the spinach-bacon mixture and the endive and let stand for 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the garden peas according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain.

Add the hüttenkäse to the potatoes and mix everything together. Make it smoother with some cooking liquid.

Stir in the garden peas and serve.
