Vega burgers with potatoes and cauliflower


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (steady, cleaned and quartered), cauliflower (cleaned and in small florets), hamburger (a 2 pieces, Tivall), olive oil, onion (in half rings), garlic (coarsely cut) and rosemary (pot a 19 g).

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in about 20 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes, place the cauliflower florets on the potatoes and cook them together almost until done.
  3. Fry the vegaburgers according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and stir fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  5. Drain the potatoes and the cauliflower, shake them well and scoop them with the onions in the pan.
  6. Fry the potatoes and the cauliflower with regular shoving for approx.
  7. 5 minutes, at last stir in the garlic and the rosemary.
  8. Serve the vega burgers..
