Vega burgers with potatoes and cauliflower
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (steady, cleaned and quartered), cauliflower (cleaned and in small florets), hamburger (a 2 pieces, Tivall), olive oil, onion (in half rings), garlic (coarsely cut) and rosemary (pot a 19 g).
Boil the potatoes in about 20 minutes.
After 5 minutes, place the cauliflower florets on the potatoes and cook them together almost until done.
Fry the vegaburgers according to the instructions on the package.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and the cauliflower, shake them well and scoop them with the onions in the pan.
Fry the potatoes and the cauliflower with regular shoving for approx.
5 minutes, at last stir in the garlic and the rosemary.
Serve the vega burgers..
