                                Roast the sesame seed in a frying pan without oil or butter over medium heat in approx. 2 min. Golden brown.

                                Beat the eggs and, if necessary, season with salt. Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the eggs in 6 min. An omelette.

                                Turn once the egg has solidified. Remove from the pan and cut into strips.
 - 
                                Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the cucumber halves into slices.

                                Prepare the 1-minute rice according to the instructions on the package in the microwave.
 - 
                                Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the Japanese stir-fry mix for 2 min. Add the cucumber and stir-fry for 1 min.

                                Add the miso soup and soy sauce and stir fry for another 1 min.
 - 
                                Divide the rice over 4 bowls and scoop the vegetables. Divide the omelet strips over them and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
