Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease the quiche form.

Heat the oil and stir-fry the kale for about 5 minutes at medium height.

In the meantime, mix the eggs with the cream and mustard. Line the shape with the puff pastry.

Divide the kale, artichoke and goat cheese over the pie. Pour the egg mixture over it and bake the quiche in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Allow the quiche to cool slightly in the oven and serve lukewarm.
