Ratatouille with cod fillet
Ratatouille with cod fillet, potato, tomato, eggplant and zucchini
Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.
Cut the potatoes into thin parts. Cut the eggplant into cubes of 1 cm and the courgette cut into half slices.
Divide the potato parts with all vegetables over a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven in approx. 35 min. Until done.
Cut the fish into 6 pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the fish in the oven for the last 10 minutes between the vegetables.
