Directions

  1. Prepare the wok noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, place the half red cabbage with the cutting edge down on a shelf. Cut thin slices of cabbage with a sharp kitchen knife.
  3. You get a kind of noodles. Peel the ginger and cut as finely as possible.
  4. Heat the sesame oil in a large wok.
  5. Fry the stir fry strips for 2 minutes on a high heat and then remove from the pan with a slotted spoon, but leave the shortening in the wok.
