Red cabbage noodles with stir-fry strips and sesame

Prepare the wok noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, place the half red cabbage with the cutting edge down on a shelf. Cut thin slices of cabbage with a sharp kitchen knife.

You get a kind of noodles. Peel the ginger and cut as finely as possible.

Heat the sesame oil in a large wok.

Fry the stir fry strips for 2 minutes on a high heat and then remove from the pan with a slotted spoon, but leave the shortening in the wok.

Add the ginger, red cabbage and soy sauce in the stir-fry stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the carrot julienne and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Divide the wok noodles over the bowls and spoon the red cabbage noodles and then the stir fry strips on top.

Cut the spring onions into thin rings and sprinkle over the noodles. Sprinkle with the sesame seed.
