Gado-gado with tofu

Boil the eggs in a saucepan in 8 min., Rinse with cold water and peel. Cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry.

Bring water with salt to a boil in a large pan. Boil green beans (6-8 min.), Cauliflower (5 min.), White cabbage (4 min.) And bean sprouts.

Scoop the vegetables from the pan and drain in a colander. Heat in a wok oil and fry the tofu lightly brown. Let the cubes drain on kitchen paper.

Heat the peanut and cut the cucumber into slices. Arrange the vegetables and tofu on a dish. Pour the peanut sauce over it. Serve with egg, emping and cucumber.
