Gado-gado with tofu

Boil the eggs in a saucepan in 8 min., Rinse with cold water and peel. Cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry.

Heat the peanut and cut the cucumber into slices. Arrange the vegetables and tofu on a dish. Pour the peanut sauce over it. Serve with egg, emping and cucumber.
