Directions

  1. Cook the rice. Fry the bacon cubes in a hot wok or skillet. Remove them from the pan and keep separate.
  2. Fry the onion in the bacon fat. Add the oil, minced meat and stock cube and fry the minced meat.
  3. Spoon the coals through and stir fry until the coals are al dente. Mix in the bacon.
  4. Serve the rice with the coal mixture and drizzle with the soy sauce.
