Directions

  1. Heat the flat breads according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry 4 fried eggs.
  3. Brush the flatbreads with the hummus. Divide the raw food on it.
  4. Put a fried egg on every flat bread. Crumble the cheese over it. Fold the flatbreads closed. Serve the rest of the hummus and raw vegetables separately.
