Marinated prawns with paprika compote
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, prawns, shallots (chopped), lime (grated and pressed), cayenne pepper, olive oil, red peppers (in small blocks), honey, dry white wine and dried thyme.

Shrimp, 1 shallot, lime zest and juice together.

Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Heat oil in pan with a thick bottom.

Rest of shallot golden brown fruit.

Pepper softly fried, keep stirring.

Add honey, wine, thyme and 150 ml of water.

Season the pepper with lid to the pan over medium heat until almost all of the moisture has evaporated.

Season the pepper with salt and pepper.

Spread peppers compote over four plates.

Prepare shrimps and marinade.

Halved bread to half and serve with it.
