Corn burgers with cucumber salad


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, corn ((a 300 g), drained), eggs, cervelat sausage (in strips), ground cumin, cucumbers, gherkins, flour, garlic, onion and sunflower oil.

Directions

  1. Puree 1 can of corn in the food processor with the flour and the eggs.
  2. Put the mixture in a bowl and scoop the other can of drained corn, cervelat sausage, cumin, garlic and half of the onion, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan.
  4. Add 1 scoop of the mixture to the pan each time and fry until golden brown in 5 minutes, turning halfway.
  5. 6-8 civilians can be baked at any one time at a time.
  6. There are seizures for about 24 citizens.
  7. Cut the cucumber and pickle into cubes.
  8. Beat a dressing of 1 tablespoon of gherkin juice with 2 tbsp oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Spoon the cucumber with the rest of the onion, the pickle and the dressing.
  10. Serve with the maize burgers..
