Endive stew with baked salami
Stew of fresh endive and endive from the freezer with red pepper, dried oregano, baked salami and mashed potatoes.

Cut the bell pepper into cubes. Remove the skin from the salami and cut the salami into cubes of 1 x 1 cm.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the salami in 5 min.

In the meantime, heat the puree and endive à la crème according to the instructions on the packaging together in a heat-resistant dish in the microwave.

Meanwhile add the peppers and oregano to the salami. Bake for 4 minutes.

Spoon the puree with the endive à la crème and pour the chopped endive through it. Season with pepper and salt.

Divide the salami and paprika and serve.
